Ingredients
1 pkt Dancing Chef Yellow Curry Paste
450 g Chicken piece
125 g (1 Tub) Plain Yogurt
40 g Fried Shallots
15 g Ginger (Julienne)
100 g Water
Mint Leaves to garnish
50 g Onion (sliced)
Directions
Heat up pot, add in Dancing Chef Yellow Curry Paste, ginger and onion. Fry for ½ minutes.
Add water and yogurt.
When boil, add in chicken.
Simmer till chicken is cooked.
Add in fried shallots, simmer for 1 minute.
Switch off fire, garnish with mint leaves. Serve with rice.
