Yellow Curry with Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Dancing Chef Yellow Curry Paste
  • 450 g Chicken piece
  • 125 g (1 Tub) Plain Yogurt
  • 40 g Fried Shallots
  • 15 g Ginger (Julienne)
  • 100 g Water
  • Mint Leaves to garnish
  • 50 g Onion (sliced)

Directions

  1. Heat up pot, add in Dancing Chef Yellow Curry Paste, ginger and onion. Fry for ½ minutes.
  2. Add water and yogurt.
  3. When boil, add in chicken.
  4. Simmer till chicken is cooked.
  5. Add in fried shallots, simmer for 1 minute.
  6. Switch off fire, garnish with mint leaves. Serve with rice.
