Tom Yam with Coarse Bee Hoon

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Dancing Chef Tom Yam Paste
  • 400g Coarse Bee Hoon (after soaking in water)
  • 200g Prawns
  • 100g Bean Sprout
  • 50g Onion julienne
  • 50g Carrots julienne
  • 2 Eggs (well beaten)
  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 100ml Stock unsalted
  • 50g Spring Onion (3 cm length)

Directions

  1. Heat wok, add in half tablespoon of cooking oil, fry eggs chopped and put aside.
  2. Add remaining oil stir fry onion and garlic till fragrant.
  3. Add in prawns and carrots. When cooked add in bee hoon, mix well.
  4. Add in stock and Tom Yam paste, mix well add in bean sprout and spring onion.
  5. When it’s done put bee hoon on plate and put fried eggs on top. Serve hot.
