Ingredients
100g Dancing Chef Suki Sauce
260g Square tofu
50g Japanese cucumber (finely julienne)
30g Carrot (finely julienne).
30g Thai green mango (finely julienne)
30g slightly blanched bean sprouts
Mixing sauce:
100g Suki sauce
3tbsp Crushed roasted peanuts
1 tbsp Roasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp Plum sauce
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Directions
Deep fry tofu until nicely brown. Cut into bite size.
Put tofu into a big bowl, add in all the salad, pour the sauce over, mix well and enjoy.
