Tempeh Laksa Lodeh

Ingredients

  • Dancing Chef Singapore Laksa Paste
  • 30g Galangal (sliced)
  • 6 Shallot (cut into half)
  • 1 Carrot (Julienne)
  • 300g Cabbage
  • 80g Green beans or long beans
  • 400ml (1 ½ cup) Hot water or unsalted hot chicken soup
  • 200ml Coconut milk
  • 300g Fried Tempeh
  • 4 Fresh chilli (Cut into thick slices)
  • Salt for seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Dried shrimp (toasted or fry)

Directions

  1. Heat up the pan, add in cooking oil and stir fry galangal, shallots and carrot. Then add in Dancing Chef Singapore Laksa Paste and mix well.
  2. Add in hot water or unsalted hot chicken soup, cabbage, green beans or long beans. When boil add in coconut milk, simmer till vegetable is cooked.
  3. Finally, add fried tempeh, chilli and sprinkle with crispy dry shrimp. Serve with Lontong rice.
