Marinade pork ribs with soya sauce and 1 tbsp of Chinese wine for 2 hours.
Slightly pan fry 2 sides of the pork ribs to seal the meat.
Heat oil in cooking pot. Add in ginger, shallot and garlic. Fry till fragrant.
Put in pork ribs, Dancing Chef Sweet & Sour Sauce, Lea & Perrins sauce, Chinese wine and water.
Cooked in low fire till the meat is tender and the sauce thicken.
Serve with rice.
