Northen Thai Style Spicy Noodle

Ingredients

  • 2 pkt Dancing Chef Red Curry Paste
  • ½ pkt Dancing Chef Stir Fried Soybean Paste
  • 200g Minced pork or chicken meat
  • 200g Pork Rib or Chicken Wing
  • 200g Tomato
  • 1.5 litre Water or Chicken Broth (Unsalted)
  • Salt to taste
  • 300g Handmade Noodle (cook and drain)
  • Fried shallot and spring onion for garnish

Directions

  1. Pour water or unsalted chicken broth into the pot. Add minced pork meat, pork ribs, tomato and Red Curry Paste. Bring to a boil over medium heat and reduce the heat. Cover the pot and simmer until the pork becomes soft.
  2. Add in Stir Fried Soybean Paste. Stir well.
  3. Put handmade noodle in a bowl, pour the Stir Fried Soybean Paste on the noodle, sprinkle with fried shallot and spring onion as garnish and serve.
