Mince Pork with Glass Noodles in Suki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 100g Dancing Chef Suki Sauce
  • 200g Oil
  • 150g Mince Pork
  • 120g Glass Noodles
  • 50g Shitake Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 50g Carrot (sliced)
  • 50g Cabbage (sliced)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Directions

  1. Season Mince Pork with corn flour, soya sauce, sugar & salt.
  2. Fry mince pork with garlic, when it is nicely brown add in Suki Sauce.
  3. Then add in soaked tang hoon and stir fry well, if it is too dry add some water.
  4. When it is done, decorate with spring onion and chilli.
