Ingredients

  • 1 packet Dancing Chef Tom Yam Paste
  • 200g Fresh Prawns
  • 100g Straw Mushrooms
  • 700g Water
  • 1 piece Lemongrass (optional)
  • 2 pieces Fresh Red Chilli (cut into big pieces, optional)
  • 2 leaves Kaffir Lime Leaves (optional)
  • 2 stalks Coriander

Directions

  1. Add water, lemongrass and Dancing Chef Tom Yam Paste in a pot. Bring to boil while stirring to dissolve the paste.
  2. Add prawns, mushrooms and kaffir lime leaves and simmer until cooked.
  3. Garnish with coriander and chilli, and serve piping hot.
Variations:
  1. Use with other meat or seafood.
  2. Use with other types of mushrooms.
  3. Add some fresh lime juice for a more refreshing flavor.
  4. Add 1 tbsp of coconut milk for a richer flavor.
