Dancing Burmese Curry

Red Curry Paste and Yellow Curry Paste

Ingredients

  • 2 pkt Dancing Chef Red Curry Paste
  • 2 tbsp Dancing Chef Yellow Curry Paste
  • 1-1.2 kg Chicken (cut into pieces)
  • 1 pkt Kiri Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • 6 Nos Tomatoes (cut into 4, removed seeds)
  • 200ml Coconut Milk
  • 500ml Water
  • 1 cup Fried Shallot
  • 1 pc Onion (cut into ring)
  • 2 tbsp Shallot Oil

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken with 1 pkt Red Curry Paste & 1/3 cup of fried shallots for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat wok with 2 tablespoons of shallot oil,add 1 pkt Red Curry Paste, Yellow Curry, black pepper, stir fry over medium heat for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken pieces & Kiri Cream Cheese. Stir fry well, add water, bring to a boil.
  4. Add tomato, onion & coconut milk, bring to boil then simmer till chicken is cooked. Then add in remaining fried shallots, serve hot with rice.
