Ingredients
1 packet Dancing Chef™ Butter Chicken Paste
450g chicken pieces
3 tbsp butter
250g natural yoghurt
1 bulb onion (chopped)
3 tbsp coriander (chopped – to garnish)
150 ml water
Directions
Marinade chicken pieces with Dancing Chef Butter Chicken Paste.
Heat butter in cooking pan, fry onion till soft.
Then add in chicken, stir fry for about 5 minutes.
Add in water and yogurt, simmer till chicken is cooked.
Dish out, garnish with coriander and serve with naan or rice.
