Butter Chicken with Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Dancing Chef™ Butter Chicken Paste
  • 450g chicken pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 250g natural yoghurt
  • 1 bulb onion (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp coriander (chopped – to garnish)
  • 150 ml water

Directions

  1. Marinade chicken pieces with Dancing Chef Butter Chicken Paste.
  2. Heat butter in cooking pan, fry onion till soft.
  3. Then add in chicken, stir fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add in water and yogurt, simmer till chicken is cooked.
  5. Dish out, garnish with coriander and serve with naan or rice.
