Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Dancing Chef Tom Yam Paste
  • 200g Cooked rice
  • 150g Minced prawn
  • 100g Mushroom cut to small (boil or steam)
  • 5g Kaffir Lime Leave
  • 5g Coriander
  • 2 Eggs (Beaten)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumb
  • 3 cups Cooking Oil

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients no. 1-6 together.
  2. Scoop one tablespoon size of the mixture and roll into a rice ball.
  3. Dip rice balls in egg then breadcrumb on the surface.
  4. Deep-fry the rice ball until golden brown.
  5. Drain the excess oil and serve.
