Ingredients
4 tbsp Tom yam Paste
380g Flounder or any fish
20g Onion (thinly sliced)
15g Salted (pickled vegetable) (thinly sliced)
12g Ginger (thinly sliced)
2 pcs Banana leaf
1 pc Aluminium foil
Directions
Clean fish, pat dry.
Season with Tom Yam Paste for 30 min.
Mix 1 tbsp of Tom Yam Paste into onion, pickle vegetable & ginger.
Lay the aluminium foil on a plate, and place the banana leaf on top.
Put the fish on the banana leaf, then put all the ingredients on top.
Cover with another banana leaf over, seal the aluminium foil, put in oven, bake for 18-20 mins at 200°C.
