Ingredients
1 packet Dancing Chef Tom Yam Paste
200g Fresh Prawns
100g Straw Mushrooms
700g Water
1 piece Lemongrass (optional)
2 pieces Fresh Red Chilli (cut into big pieces, optional)
2 leaves Kaffir Lime Leaves (optional)
2 stalks Coriander
Directions
Add water, lemongrass and Dancing Chef Tom Yam Paste in a pot. Bring to boil while stirring to dissolve the paste.
Add prawns, mushrooms and kaffir lime leaves and simmer until cooked.
Garnish with coriander and chilli, and serve piping hot.
Variations:
Use with other meat or seafood.
Use with other types of mushrooms.
Add some fresh lime juice for a more refreshing flavor.
Add 1 tbsp of coconut milk for a richer flavor.
