Tofu Salad

Ingredients

  • 100g Dancing Chef Suki Sauce
  • 260g Square tofu
  • 50g Japanese cucumber (finely julienne)
  • 30g Carrot (finely julienne).
  • 30g Thai green mango (finely julienne)
  • 30g slightly blanched bean sprouts
Mixing sauce:
  • 100g Suki sauce
  • 3tbsp Crushed roasted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp Roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Plum sauce
  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Directions

  1. Deep fry tofu until nicely brown. Cut into bite size.
  2. Put tofu into a big bowl, add in all the salad, pour the sauce over, mix well and enjoy.
