Grilled Chicken Wing

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Dancing Chef Padang Rendang Paste
  • 15 pcs Chicken Wings
  • 30g Gula Melaka
  • ¾ cup Natural Yogurt (Low Fat)
  • 1 Egg (Beaten)
  • 4 tbsp Flour
Garnishing
  • ½ cup Desiccated Coconut

Directions

  1. Rub chicken wings with a little sea salt, wash with water and pat dry.
  2. Mix all the seasoning in a bowl, pour into a zip lock bag.
  3. Put chicken wings into the zip lock bag, shake well, make sure the chicken is seasoned with the paste.
  4. Marinate for 3 hours or overnight.
  5. Grill or fry until golden brown.
  6. When cooked, coat with desiccated coconut and enjoy.
