Delicious Curry Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Dancing Chef Padang Rendang Paste
  • 500g Chicken thigh (cut into pieces)
  • 100g Onion (sliced)
  • 100g Edamame
  • 50g Desiccated coconut (finely grind)
  • 200ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass (smashed)
  • 200ml Water
  • 1 ½ tbsp Cooking oil

Directions

  1. Heat oil in pan. Fry onion till soft.
  2. Add in lemongrass, stir fry a little, add in chicken thigh, till slightly cooked.
  3. Add in Padang Rendang Paste and water. Stir well when boil, add in coconut milk. Simmer till chicken is cooked.
  4. Add in edamame and desiccated coconut, mix well and serve with rice.
