Spicy Flower Crab

Singapore Laksa Paste

Tips: Can substitute any seafood with crabs,  but reduce the water.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dancing Chef Laksa Paste
  • 600g Flower crab             
  • 70g Onion (julienne)           
  • 25g Ginger (julienne)         
  • 20g Garlic sliced                 
  • 1 each Green and red chilli  sliced
  • 50g Coconut milk               
  • 200ml Water or unsalted stock

Directions

  1. Clean crab, cut into pieces and pat dry.
  2. Heat wok, add in cooking oil, stir fry garlic, ginger and onion together till fragrant.
  3. Add in Laksa paste, mix well, add in crabs and stir fry a little.
  4. Add in water, stir fry till crab is cook, add in coconut milk and chilli, reduce the sauce with high heat. Serve hot.
