Laksa Prawns

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Dancing Chef Singapore Laksa paste
  • 600g Big Prawns
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Flower (chopped finely)
  • 4 pieces Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • 100ml Coconut milk
  • 100ml Water
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass
  • Coriander for garnishing

Directions

  1. Clean and remove the vein from the prawn. Pat dry the prawns.
  2. Heat up oil in pan, add in big prawns and fry till fragrant. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Add in Dancing Chef Laksa Paste, ginger flower, kaffir lime leaves, water and lemongrass into a pot and cook under low fire.
  4. Add in prawns and coconut milk and simmer for a while. Sprinkle the coriander and it is ready to be served.
