Steam Egg with Tofu

Ingredients

  • 50g Dancing Chef Hainanese Chicken Rice paste
  • 50g Minced pork
  • 50g Fish paste unsalted
  • 1 packet Soft tofu
  • 1 tsp Spring onion
  • Some Wolf berry
  • 2 Eggs
  • 170 ml Stock unsalted

Directions

  1. Keep 1 tsp of Chicken Rice paste for later use. Mix the remaining paste with minced pork, fish paste and spring onion.
  2. Using a small knife, cut a deep square at the centre of the tofu, fill in the meat paste, put on a steam plate, put the wolfberry on top.
  3. Beat up the eggs with 1 tsp of chicken rice paste, add in stock, beat well and pour over the tofu.
  4. Steam for 10-12 minutes in medium heat.
  5. When cooked, put some fried onion oil on top and serve hot with rice.
