Ingredients A
  • ½ packet Dancing Chef Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste
  • 250g Glutinous rice (soak for 4 hours) – Drained
  • ½ tsp Dark soya sauce
  • ½ tsp Sesame oil
  • Pepper (to taste)
Ingredients B
  • ½ packet Dancing Chef Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste
  • 250g Chicken Breast (sliced)
  • 100g Wild mushroom (sliced)
  • 100g Chinese sausage (sliced)
  • ½ tsp Dark soya sauce
  • ½ tsp Sesame oil

Directions

  1. (A) ingredients, mixed well.
  2. Mix (B) ingredients together and leave it for an hour.
  3. Add the chicken into (B) ingredients and spread well with the glutinous rice.
  4. Steam the glutinous at high heat for 30 minutes and serve.
