Crispy Pork Chop

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dancing Chef Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste350g Pork chop (sliced)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Bread crumbs
  • 1 Plain flour
  • 1 Cooking oil to deep pork chop
Dipping Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp Dancing Chef Suki Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dancing Chef Tom Yam paste
  • Sugar to taste
  • 5 tbsp Water
  • Mix well, bring to boil.

Directions

  1. Clean the pork chops well, pat dry.
  2. Use the back of the knife, gently beat the meat.
  3. Add in Chicken Rice Paste and 2 tbsp of water, mix thoroughly well, season for 2 hours.
  4. Take out, add in egg, roll over bread crumbs, then lightly roll over flour, put into hot oil, deep fry till golden brown.
  5. Arrange nicely on a plate with cucumber and tomato on the side, pour over the dipping sauce and enjoy.
