Half packet Dancing Chef Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste
100g Minced pork
150g Fresh prawns (cut small pieces).
100g Tofu
30g Carrots (cut small cubes)
20g Spring onion ( cut small)
12 pieces Square fried tofu
Dipping Sauce:
4 tbsp Dancing Chef Suki Sauce
1 tsp Roasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp Chopped coriander
Mix well in a bowl.
Directions
Mix minced pork, prawns, tofu, carrot, spring onion and Chicken Rice paste together.
Make a slit on the side of the Fried tofu, fill in the seasoned meat.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Dip into the Suki sauce and enjoy.
To Steam (another way)
Put the meat filled fried tofu on a plate and steam for 10 minutes in medium heat.
Pour the liquid from the steaming and add half cup of water, season with chicken stock, oyster sauce, when boil, thicken with corn flour, pour over the fried tofu, decorate with spring onion and coriander. Serve hot.
