Green Curry Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Dancing Chef Green Curry Paste 100g
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 400g Spaghetti
  • 5 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • ½ bulb White onion (sliced)
  • 200 g Prawn
  • 100 g Tomatoes (cut into bite size)
  • 50 g Cucumber (shredded thinly for garnishing)
  • 3 tbsp Coriander (coarsely chopped for garnishing)
  • 30 ml Whipping cream
  • 2 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Heat up frying pan and add some of the olive oil.
  2. Add sliced onion and fry till fragrant.
  3. Add chopped garlic and fry till lightly brown.
  4. Set aside 2 tbsp Dancing Chef™ Green Curry Paste.
  5. Add remaining Dancing Chef™ Green Curry Paste to pan and fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Add prawn and sauté till cooked, then set aside.
  7. Cook spaghetti in a high pot with salt and boiling water till cooked but firm.
  8. Heat frying pan, add in the remaining olive oil.
  9. Add remaining Dancing Chef™ Green Curry Paste, cooked spaghetti and cooked chicken, mix well and fry for few minutes.
  10. Toss the spaghetti with chopped coriander, tomato and some cucumber.
  11. Remove from heat, served on plates with cooked chicken over the top and garnish with the remaining cucumber. Serve on plate.
